help identifying a photo

This is a scan of a post card (carte postale on back).  I believe my grandad is 1st on the left middle row.  But i don't know what era or reason for the photo as they all seem to be from different regiments.  I can make out 'GHQ school' maybe but not the rest.

 

I didn't know if anyone could shed some light on this photo.

It looks to me like it might be "G.H.Q. P & BT (Physical and Bayonet Training) School", and can't make out anything else.

It may say Ypres at the bottom but it’s too feint to be sure, I see one Sgt with four (blue) OS chevrons which would suggest the image was taken late 1918 or early 1919. If you know which unit your grandfather served with noe there maybe some clues in the war diary.
