rolt968 Posted 9 September , 2019 Share Posted 9 September , 2019 (edited) Can anyone please identify the source of the following verse? "He died as few men get the chance to die, Fighting for a world’s morality; He died the noblest death a man may die, Fighting for God and Right and Liberty. And such a death is Immortality." It is not on a war memorial (that I know of), but was quoted in her speech by the lady who unveiled one of the war memorials I am researching. Thank you RM Edited 9 September , 2019 by rolt968
