I saw some years back there was a question about AFW and "Authorised for Warrant" and "Army Form W" + a number was suggested. There was a very useful thread a few years back led by one forum member, IPT, who started listing all of the Army Forms. He identified Army Form W 3372 as the Graves Registration Report Form.
