RAMC Museum

Had a very nice day out at Keogh Barracks, home of the RAMC museum. We were met and greeted by some very good and knowledgeable staff. Well worth a visit, set in ell cared for ground, we saw rabbits, an assortment of birds and a fox wandered across the road.

Interesting to hear, do they have an online/website presence as I would love to see if my Great Aunts medals are on show. Sadly gifted many moons ago and a rather a nice First War nursing group with an MBE, ARRC and an MiD.

Lots of groups presented to the gallery nursing staff are on display.  Why not drop an email to the very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

https://museumofmilitarymedicine.org.uk/ - it was the Army Medical Services Museum when I first visited.
