GRANVILLE Posted 15 August , 2019 Posted 15 August , 2019 For a while I have been considering getting myself one of those vintage stereo viewers and some of the 3D photo cards to view with it. While in our local discount bookshop earlier today, I was surprised to see a formidable item among the WW1 books - The Great War in 3D. I've never seen this before, so was particularly interested in the way it offered 35 3D slides and a viewer. At £9.99 I decided I couldn't resist. Back at home I realised there was quite a good quality publication included in the box, which tells the story of the war and despite having many books on the subject already, this book contains many photos I had not seen before. Looking on-line I see the box-set normally sells for around £28, so for less than £10 it has to have been worth it. David
