This time in the region of Behramli (shown on British 1915 maps as Maghram) a site of significance to the Turkish forces as one of their reinforcement routes for the Krithia front

and as such, the area received the attention of Allied artillery and naval gunnery.

Mate,

We get this all the time, having spent a few years (part time), when younger, in the local Volunteer Rural Bush Fire unit.

I notice we run in Queensland today around

36,000 Rural Fire Service volunteers, 6000 State Emergency Service volunteers, approximately 2,200 permanent firefighters, more than 2000 auxiliary firefighters and supported by non-operational administrative support staff,

Never a dull moment here.
