7th North Staffs, Sari Bair,Chunuk Bair, Walkers Ridge,

Hi All,

I am interested in the activities of the 7th North Staffs (Service) Regt during the battles of Sai Bair, Chunuk Bair during the August offensive, Walkers Ridge and Hill 60.

I would appreciate any information, trench maps or extracts from the war diary about the above or any other trench area they occupied.. 

Is there anyone who could help please.

Have you done a search of the forum using those terms? Looks like lots of hits.

Also this diary can be found on Ancestry https://discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/details/r/C4557455 hopefully someone may give you the link.

Are you aware that a history of the battalion was written in 1920 by a former adjutant? You can still get a copy on disc (PDF format):
