burlington Posted 31 January , 2005 Share Posted 31 January , 2005 I am doing some work for the 'Roll of Honour' project and have come across a name of an internal war memorial which is not decipherable. Picture below. Could someone do a SDGW lookup for me please. The names of the person are Thomas Lawson P***. ie a 4 letter surname starting with P. WW1 of course. Came from Mid Wales. I have tried all the variations on Page, Pace and so on. Thanks in advance Regards Martin
burlington Posted 31 January , 2005 Author Share Posted 31 January , 2005 This assumes of course that the SDGW can search on 'Thomas Lawson' as first names!!

burlington Posted 31 January , 2005 Author Share Posted 31 January , 2005 Brilliant Pete Thanks very much. The name looked very much like a 4 letter surname- I now know it has 5 letters! I live and, sometimes, learn. Martin
Drafter Posted 24 February , 2005 Share Posted 24 February , 2005 Hi just wanted to ask is there a way of getting a copy of the roll of honour been to their website I think I found the right one. What exactly do they list there is it to do with the CEF or any other regiment? Been trying to see if my great great uncle Eric Jame Bate might be listed there as well on the SDGW. Thanks very greatly for any help.
