You'd have to examine it quite closely - is it printed or stitched, hand sewn or machined, are there any markings? The more labour-intensive the work that's gone into making it, the earlier it is likely to be, but unless there's a date on it, OR external evidence gives a clue, one can only guess, and you're the person who has it.
