New Liverpool Scottish Memorial

The Liverpool Scottish (10th Scottish Bn King's Liverpool Regiment) are dedicating a new Cairn memorial on 5th June 2005 in Bois Grenier Northern France, just south of Armentieres.

This is dedicated to the 2nd Battalion of the Liverpool Scottish. There will be a coach leaving Liverpool on the 4th June 2005 if anyone is interested.

The Liverpool Scottish will also be attending the opening of a new museum in Erquinghem-Lys which is near to Bois Grenier.

If anyone has details of the 2nd Battalion of the Liverpool Scottish, I'd be glad to hear from you.

If anyone wants to know more let me know on the forum or use the website www.liverpoolscottish.org.uk (There is a contacts page on the website).

Thank you for your interest.
