Remembered Today:

Location of NZ ADMS or FA diaries June 17

Am hunting the above diaries.  ADMS NZ Div. is TNA WO95/3666 but not digitised yet. Ditto with the four Field Ambulances WO95/3681-3. I've tried the AWM site and only found the 1915 Gallipoli period diaries.

Have spent a while looking through Archway Archives and not found them.

At present it looks like a TNA in person only job?

Certainly looks that way as Archway seems to be pointing towards paper records only https://www.archway.archives.govt.nz/SimpleSearchResults.do

The full set for the Mounted FA with the NZ Rifle Brigade in Sinai & Palestine are the only ones I have found online so far https://www.archway.archives.govt.nz/BriefDescItemSearch.do

Seems to be confirmed here too https://nzhistory.govt.nz/war/medical-units/new-zealand-medical-corps

There is this previous thread which appears to have some info in it (but I'm guessing you have already seen it?)

Good luck!

Thanks,

No, I hadn't seen the other post and the link to 'The New Zealand Medical Service in the Great War 1914-1918' has at least suggested 3rd NZ Field Ambulance is the one needed.

Will have a read through the Messines sections and see what else comes up.

Thanks again
