Hello, I've seen a screenshot of this soldier's service record and wondered if someone could give me his date of birth. With even more cheek, I'm Wondering if the second screenshot is of the same person ?

Thanks in advance Buster

The Medal rolls show 830176 and 1043 are the same man. Entered France 31/3/1915.

Enlisted Redditch 24/6/1912. Territorial Force for 4 years. Occupation Cycle Worker. Gives age as 17y 5m.

Mobilises 5/8/14. Discharged March 1919.

Few pages of his service records suggest he had a middle name Henry. His father also a George.

emigrated to Canada June 1923 with believed wife Marie. Marie Louise in some docs. Emigration records also show middle name, address here is shown as 34 Millboro’ Rd, Redditch. Address on discharge given as 34 Millsborough Road so believe same man. Age  also indicates birth 1895. So probably looking Jan 1895 or thereabouts. No record found yet to give precise one.

Born Acocks Green. Appears there in 1891 and 1901 census returns.
