After cleaning it up I found it was inscribed with "aandenken uit somercem (somergem?) 1918 with what I have assumed is the Dutch lion and "Anna" along the underneath The bottom of the shell is marked AFM Lot 4 1916 The fuse has 16-15 Any information on this shell would be great.
