The style of the railway buildings doesn't look at all as Belgium and the lack of other buildings and the presence of forest doesn't feel very "Belgian" either. Shallow pitched roofs etc. Which could simply mean an Italian style building in France or Belgium but possibly actually in Veneto/Venezia post Caporetto.
