Hospital transport carriers (gallipoli)

During the evacuation of wounded from Gallipoli to the island of Lemnos , would there be a way of finding out what ship transported a particular person. I'm looking for 8th and 9th of Oct 1915.

As im led to believe, several of the ships used as carriers were the Aragon, Franconia and Dongola.

The hospital ships DUNLUCE CASTLE and DELTA were taking on casualties at Helles around this time but any number of other vessels (including trawlers and destroyers) may have been used to transport the sick and injured from Helles to Mudros. The choice of transport would have depended om the seriousness of  the case e.g. was nursing required.

In short, we cannot tell who took Robert GARDNER across the water on either occasion of his trips to hospital at Mudros in September and October

Thanks Horatio2, I do know the second time he was shipped to Mudros in Oct 1915 it was through illness not injury.
