Remembered Today:

is this a ball grenade has an odd top and is this a striker

It is a Turkish ball grenade, an example in the Imperial War Museum labelled as Tufenjieff spherical grenade. Although used by the Ottomans its origin might be Bulgarian.

The fuze looks like a cut down modern pipe cleaner, but the auctioneers (Gorringes) can confirm that.

Have a look at this thread https://www.greatwarforum.org/topic/188323-ww1-grenades-both-british-and-enemy/

examples shown p34? suggest it's made by the Bulgarian arsenal as suggested.

I think we still have more to learn about these Balkan ball grenades. The Turks are the easiest to identify but I'm sure there are more out there with varying fittings that could be from anywhere in the region.

There are variations. some have a looped 'tube' for the fuze, others are just bent down or up slightly.  Thought I think the one in this photo may have been fitted upside down.

Here's another Turk.
