Help Identify Buttons/Shoulder Badge on Uniform

Evening all,

 

is anyone able to identify the buttons on the uniform of the man in the first photo postcard and the shoulder titles of the man on the left in the second picture (and perhaps hazard a guess of the man on the right)?

 

They were both found in an old photo postcard album (mixture of military/non military pictures) belonging to my late Grandads Cousin. Some of the photos were labelled but a few weren't, including these two. I have no reason to believe they are family members but would like to identify their units if possible.

I agree buttons look to be WG, The shoulder titles appear to be to a Fusilier Regiment possibly Royal Dublin Fusiliers?

Thank you everyone for your replies, much appreciated. I have found no connections so far to anyone I am researching to either unit mentioned, friends perhaps of my ancestors or just random pictures picked up over the last 100yrs.
