W.C. Mackenzie is A/201803 Rifleman William C. MACKENZIE, 18th Bn (Arts & Crafts), King's Royal Rifle Corps.  Formerly T/4/242173, Army Service Corps.

 

Enlisted and resident in Inverness.

 

Died on 31 Jul 1917 in the HOLLEBEKE sector.  SDGW has him KIA, but the war diary has no ORs killed on 31 Jul.
