It's a reference to King's Regulations 1923. What's the subject you're dealing with?

I'll get my hat ... But it seems he's after Para 363. No copy on-line, I fancy, but Para 363 in KR 1935 is within general discharge instructions.

KR 363 (xxi) is possibly just the 1923 equivalent of KR 392 (xxi) - "Discharge on termination of period of engagement", but I don't think we've ever had anyone manage to find the 1923 King's Regs before.
