VAD death at Chatham

Hi all ,

 

Im trying to research a VAD nurse Mildred Feeney who died within a month of arriving for service at Chatham RN hospital. I cant find anything on her in the National Archive and her card in the Red Cross archive has little information.

 

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am particularly interested in the cause of death.

I have her death as due to pneumonia.
