horatio2 Posted 26 November , 2018 Share Posted 26 November , 2018 I think not. He was serving in the "RM Brigade" (i.e. RND) 1917-18. He was invalided home in July 1917 from 2/RMLI and was posted back to France to joined Hood Battalion a year later. He did not participate in the Zeebrugge VC ballot. A Globe & Laurel in 1996 has a mini obit with photo saying he took part in the raid, but he's certainly not on the musters (though admittedly I have confirmed about half a dozen who aren't on musters but def went on raid).
