This is part of a service record. Am having trouble reading this entry. This man was 'not likely to make an efficient soldier'

 

C?????, lower jaw?, left due to ???? teeth. ????? shows? evidence ???? ??????? in childhood.

Chest shows evidence is best I can do

is there any other remarks on other pages? To give a clue.

The word after "evidence" is "possible" then something (injury?) followed by "in childhood".

How about 'cicatrix'
