graves in Belgium - help !

Recommended Posts

JulianB

I retired quite recently so have not had as much time to garner photographs of the Fallen listed in our local church memorial (Blackheath).

If anyone happens to be in the following areas and could take a photograph or so we would be immensesly grateful !

We couldn't find photographs of of most of the youngsters so photographs of their graves / memorials will have to suffice for a display in the church for the 1th November !.

Belgium

Graves

Lijssenthoek Military Cemetery, grave XVIII. H. 8.  Sandys, 5.9.1917,

Lijssenhoek, grave XI.B.13A. Bronsdon 2.3.1917

Haringhe (Bandaghem) Military Cemetery, grave I. D. 18. Phillips, 22.03.1918

Memorials

Menin Gate Memorial, Panel 37. Sudds, 31.10.1914

Menin Gate Memorial, Panel 40. Mitchenall, 10.8.1917

We have photographs of the UK and the French graves / memorials and the one from Jerusalem - only the Helles Memorial (Gallipoli) - Loring, 24.10.1915 - is lacking

many thanks

Julian

You may be able to get photos from this site, which has been collecting photos of the soldiers in the Cemetery.
