Steve1871 Posted 3 August , 2018 Share Posted 3 August , 2018 In Great War, Greece used their Y1903 series rotary magazine rifles with converted French and new made Bayonets from Steyr ongoing others.For the French,Greece used converted Gras bayonets, pretty much intact,I believe simple trimming down the back of the pommel. The Y1003/14 used Gras bayonet but whole pommel removed with the tang being mated to the modern type pommel/ handle.This is what I believe to be correct with help and pics from more advanced collectors here on GWF.
