on his medal roll it says ? awarded a war badge number b137364,but no pension that I can find

any help would be good

Hi,

 

If he was awarded the 1914 Star I think the queried entry is with regards to the 18th March 1921 issue of the roses to be worn with the medal ribbon in lieu of the clasp worn with the actual medal.

thank you Ray,I have all that from his mic, bit daft he is discharged from army being unfit but doesn't get a pension.

by roses do you mean the rosette ?,would he have worn this as he joined so early ?
