Long-term car parking at or near Arras

My brother-in-law is planning a trip soon and is considering a plan that relies on parking his car somewhere within the vicinity of Arras for what may be a few weeks. I know the ordinary short-term situation there but would be grateful for any information about the possibilities.

there are a couple of underground car parks and on the outskirts there are multi storey around the trading estates.

presumably he is not staying in a Hotel with accompanying car park?

Thanks, Chaz. I'm pretty familiar with the car parking within the town but your first link has a great map. As far as I know there's no safe and economic place to leave a car for a considerable length of time. I see several places on the map that are free parking but I'm not sure I'd leave mine!

 

Any further ideas welcome.

It might be worth searching google.fr for car storage, or caravan storage.  A few years back I was fortunate enough to ahve an extended trip to Canada, and struck a deal with a local caravan storage compound.  There might be some similar operations in France.
