6th KOR Lancaster Regt actions 1916-18

I have a brief account left by a Sergeant in the 6th KOR Lancaster Regiment of his WWI experiences and am trying to locate some of the places/actions he mentions. Using the battalion war diary, I've been able to date some of the actions and sometimes offer alternative spellings. However, I have a few blanks and I'm hoping some members can help. Here is the extract with added dates etc in square brackets:

 

This [13th] Division left Egypt for Basra, Mesopotamia, and my battalion was ordered to take part in the relief of Kut.  I took part every engagement with the battalion, including the following:
