Lushai Labour Corps

Can anyone tell me how many batallions were their in the Lushai Labour Corps and how many men roughly there were in each batallion that came to France.

My grandfather, Laldailova (May 14 1890 - May 4, 1992) served (Lushai labour Corps) in France during WW1 as a clerk. Attached is a picture of Lushai Labour Corps in 1917 before they left for France - location is Assam Rifle Ground, Aizawl, Mizoram, India.

?Henry, forgive me if I have this wrong but I take it that Laldailova is your grandfather is he? If so, which batallion was he in?
