Droocoo Posted 17 May , 2018 Share Posted 17 May , 2018 Hi all, I was reading through a copy of The Sydneian from March 1915, and found the "School and University Notes" on page 22 onwards useful for those researching Old Sydneians in the Great War. The "Old Boys Notes" starting on Page 26 onwards, provide interesting information regarding boys serving and training overseas including the awarding of some gallantry medals. A proud Old Sydneian myself, it is a well-known fact amongst old boys that Sydney Grammar School lost more of its sons in th223_The_Sydneian_MAR_1915.pdfe Great War than any other school in the country. 1782 served with over 302 dying. I have attached a copy of the magazine Kindest Regards, Andrew
