micks Posted 15 March , 2018 Share Posted 15 March , 2018 I'm in the process of writing a report to the CWGC regarding the grave of an unidentified British serviceman. The evidence indicates that it is that of 200792 Private Harold Stanley Harvey who died as a prisoner of war on the evening of the 13th January 1917. The Red Cross holds a number of documents regarding this man with one report coming from the 6th German Army. His battalion was situation to the south east of the French village of Fauquissart on this date so I'm after a map or some other documented evidence confirming that this formation was in this sector during this period. Any assistance would be appreciated.

micks Posted 15 March , 2018 Author Share Posted 15 March , 2018 Charlie Thank you for the time that you have spent copying these maps for me. It is greatly appreciated. For a reference could you inform me of the origin of these two maps and if the first map is from series 15 ? All the best Mick
