kidd1986 Posted 29 December , 2004 Share Posted 29 December , 2004 Hello, I need help identifying a cap badge in a photograph and what unit it belonged too. The cap badge is as follows a spoked wheel with two crossed rifles under it (i do not have a picture at hand, sorry), the photo is dated 1915 and the person in the photo is from the North east of england. I have been told he was in the Northumberland Fusilers, but the cap badge he has is not the NF cap badge. Any Help will be appreciated, Thanks for your time. kidd1986 Posted 29 December , 2004 Author Share Posted 29 December , 2004 It does look like the ACC, but there is no lettering under the wheel, and teh badge itself is 'bigger'. I will look more closely the next time i see it. Thanks
