Bouchoir New British Cemetery

Is anyone visiting Bouchoir Cemetery (on the road from Roye to Amiens)?

I would very much appreciate a photo of the grave at Plot IV, Row C, Grave 60.

He is 'known unto God', but I have a reasonable belief as to his identity, hence my request.

Hello from the Somme,

sorry I have not seen your message earlier ; this afternoon I was in Bouchoir to take other pics, so I took 'yours' as well. If you still want it, please send me your e mail address in a PM

kind regards, Martine

hello from the Somme,

on twitter, the CWGC showed this picture of the cemetery to-day, after heavy rains last night:

Wow! A whole new perspective on "Somme Mud". Though I guess it didn't bother the lads lying there too much.

Saw this on Twitter. Hope my G-Uncle (3rd row back, third in from right) has his water-wings! I'll be there in August, so will see what it's like then.
