Serg William Taylor-- he joined old Regiment -Royal Inniskillen Fusiliers-having served in Boer War- as a recruiting officer.

He contracted pneumonia and died on 20th Jan. 1915. Should he have a CWGC headstone??

Was he serving as a civilian recruiting officer or was he re-enlisted in to the army ?
