Help to identify a Hospital

Recently obtained a Victory medal to an Interpreter, he served with the No 3 Egyptian Stationary Hospital , internet search throws up a number of variables, would anyone have an answer as to the correct name and location, as ever many thanks for your time and trouble

There are a series of MEF/EEF medical facilities listed between War Diaires WO95/4739 and 4755 but not a 3 Egyptian Stationary Hospital mentioned (WO95/4749 has 1,2,5,6 + but no mention of 3 or 4). Browsing all the other files there is only mention of a "3 Hospital" under Australian facilities and a "3 Amb Train".

Not Egyptian - Equine. Army Veterinary Corps.

 

It was at Moascar on the Canal IIRC.
