Carters Camp

Does anyone happen to know where Carters Camp was? The 13th Cheshires were training there in February 1917 and I think it may have been somewhere in the area of Ploegsteert near the Ypres Salient.

A quick read suggest they moved from Rifle House on the 2nd Feb to the Divisional Reserve at Carters Camp on the 3rd, so must be relatively close, within 10 miles I would have thought, though haven't found exact spot.
