Canadian Silver War Badges

The only thing I know about Canadian Silver War Badges is that the number on the reverse is preceeded with the letter 'C'.

 

Where is the 'Roll' for this badge ?

Surely there is a complete list of recipiants somewhere.

Stuart, as per the answer you received to the same question featured on The CEF Research Forum, my understanding is that there is no known complete list, but I was told some service files list the issue of a Silver War Badge. Perhaps, when they are all available on-line a project for someone to go through the files and compile a list. John
