Board of Agriculture Tractors in Cambridge Area 1918

I have been getting some assistance from Mike Petty who is a researcher specialising in Cambridgeshire and has given me a lot of information on my Grandfather William King's company King and Harpers in Cambridge including an extract from a Cambridge Chronicle news article dated 2 April 1919 as follows: "King & Harper controlled all the mechanical tractors and implements within 15 miles which ploughed 16,000 acres in 1918; first two had been intended for hauling Russian guns but ploughed eight furrows at time;" . I knew about this before, however I cannot find any Board of Agriculture information concerning running tractors during WW1 in Cambridgeshire.

Where should I look?
