The information i am looking for is from the 'admission & discharge registers' for field ambulances & clearing stations . The solder in question was PTE. THOMAS SHUREY & i think he was serving with the 16th battalion Middlesex regiment . Thanks in advance for any help . Steve. (Attleborough , Norfolk).
