Dear All,

To complete some research files into the Project "The Passchendaele Archives" for some Families of Soldiers killed in action during this 3th Battle.

I'm looking for Pictures of those Soldiers in Uniform, some have been passed on by the Family, but others don't have any Pictures of their Relatifs, so if this can be a source, please let me know.  Other intel or Pictures about those soldiers are also welcome.

These are the Soldiers for who I've started a file into the Archives:

  1. N° 15176 - Private Robert England - 6th Bn. Somerset Light Infantry Regiment - KIA on 23rd August 1917 - Remembered @ Tyne Cot Memorial
  2. N° 291304 - Private Archie Ponsford - 9th Bn. Devonshire Regiment - KIA on 7th October 1917 - Remembered @ Tyne Cot Memorial
  3. N° 40578 - Acting Bombardier Edward Symonds - 1st Siege Bty. Royal Garrison Artillery - KIA on 27th September 1917 - Buried @ The Huts Cemetery Dikkebus (Belgium)
  4. N° 203379 - Private Harold Holland - 18th Bn. Manchester Regiment - KIA on 31st July 1917 - Remembered @ Menin Gate Memorial
  5. Second Lieutenant Harry Norman Bundle - 13th Kensington Bn. London Regiment - KIA on 20th September 1917 - Buried @ Tyne Cot Cemetery Zonnebeke (Belgium)
  6. N° 351856 - Private Harry Senior - 2nd/9th Bn. Manchester Regiment - KIA on 11th October 1917 - Remembered @ Tyne Cot Memorial

Morning Becky,

May I suggest that you start a new thread in the Soldiers thread as only those interested in this thread will see your posting.

Also include as much information as possible such as full name, regiment, rank and number, where born etc etc.

Regards,

Graeme
