CWGC added the following casualties to the WW1 War Dead Roll today.

 

GODDARD, Ernest

Private  15965

3 Bn, South Wales Borderers

Died 18.10.20  Age 30

Commemorated: United Kingdom Book of Remembrance

 

LANGAN, George Leslie

Private  171

7 Bn, Australian Infantry, A.I.F.

Died 26.09.19  Age 34

Buried: Footscray Cemetery, Victoria, Australia

 

NOT FORGOTTEN

 

One of the above was an In From the Cold Project case.

- Pte Langan died post-discharge of tuberculosis (Volunteer: Martin Elliget)
