Identity of Nurse 'S E Bridge' London

I have an autograph book which appears to have been put together by a Nurse S E Bridge.   From the comments made we can assume It is a she.   Other mentioned with the surname Bridge are cousins Ellis A Bridge and Nellie E Bridge from Highland Park, Mich.   Also Pte J Bridge 2117 and a 2nd Lt Harold Bridge 3/7th Batt Essex Regt. Also a W D Bridge PFO RN.

She appears to hail from Leyton in NE London.    The hospitals served Wandsworth and Codford.    There are a lot of Australian and New Zealand entries.   Also an entry by 'Train' a later winner of the VC.

Many thanks if anyone can solve the mystery.
