Pinpointing a location -Egyptian Expeditionary Force?

I am reaching out once again for your expert help and guidance. Another medically related photograph album in front of me - and I am failing to identify the troops pictured. The captions are in English. The Red Cross vehicles seen are Croix Rouges Francaises. I am intrigued by the rickshaw. 'The 95 passing the Hospital, 1st Army' is a clue - but one which I am drawing a blank on. Any help very gratefully received. With thanks in advance
