peteg Posted 9 December , 2004 Share Posted 9 December , 2004 Don't know about a complete history of 4th Div, but PRO have a fair amount of 4th Div info. I have some 12th Brigade (4th Div) info from the war diary for the first week of March 1915 on WO95-1501 records so it could be worth a try. I guess I shall have to resort to primary sources, as well as the old standby of assembling facts from a myriad of regimental histories. Thank goodness for Becke's books on division organisation! armourersergeant Posted 10 December , 2004 Share Posted 10 December , 2004 Nope! At the Pro there is a good article of Snow 4th div commander in 1914 about the actions etc until he was injured.
