Remembered Today:

J.A. Fallace, Ince Blundell Cemetery

Not so much a request for a photo for myself, as for a photo of his grave or headstone so I can locate the grave. I've searched on two occasions and haven't been able to find any Fallaces. I'm wondering if his burial there is unmarked, either by an inscription or a headstone. Find A Grave doesn't have a photo of his grave either.

FALLACE, J A

Rank:
Private 1st Class
Service No:
232581
Date of Death:
08/07/1918
Regiment/Service:
Royal Air Force
Grave Reference:
Left of entrance.

Thanks, guys, that should be enough to help me locate it. I think I do remember seeing a Bullen family gravestone, so will try to get back there as soon as possible. Will take something to scrape away accumulated soil and leaves in case the stone has sunk and obscured his name.

Wow! Is that a Fallace gravestone? I certainly didn't see that one. Thanks, Graeme, and Billy. I'll try and get over there on Saturday, will post a photo here.

At long last I was able to re-visit Ince Blundell today, and it took me a while to figure out that the Fallace inscription is on the reverse of the Bullen gravestone. My thanks to all here who helped me find it.
