The Youngest Soldier of the Great War - aged 12

I'm pretty sure that this enqury will have been made before, but can anyone tell me where I can find the service records for the "youngest British soldier" - Sidney G Lewis, who had served as 14645 in the MGC before having been snatched back and compulsorily discharged. I understand that he later re-enlisted. Do we know which unit indented for his BWM/VIC medals, and under which number?

Thank you in advance for any information given.
