This is information I have found on the damage done by Zeppelins in raids in the East. A subject that needs more research:

28 Sug 14 ZV Mlawa 6 KIA 14 WIA ZV shot down by ground fire -With the Russian Army A Knox

 

6/7 Aug 15 Noviminsk-Sydeez railroad station most likely LZ39 Minsk or possibly ZXII Siedets several casualties -With the Russian army

 

13 Sept 15 Lida 20 KIA by ZXII -Nicholas II letter 4/17 sep 15 to Alexandra

 

25 jan 15 Libau PL19 7 110lb bombs 1 hit pile of iron in factory yard rest no damage or casualties. the Zeppelin in Combat

 

27 April 16Rjeshita LZ86 No harm- Diary of the Commander of the Russian Imperial Guard

 

12 Oct 15 Dvinsk 5 KIA 40 WIA  LZ85-Star Media World War I part 5 on youtube

 

4/5 Sep 16 Papenshom SL14 all bombs in sea- Expenable Glory

 

5/6 Sep 16 Runo Island LZ88 minor damage_Expenable Glory

 

31 Apr/1 May 16 SL8 10 bombs in sea- Expendable Glory

 

26/27 Sep 16 Zerel SL9 no damage- The Russian Navy in war and revolution from 1914 up to 1918

 

9/10? Sep 14 Insterberg ZIV One bomb in yard near hospital and one bomb between hospital and headquarters. Park of artillery and picket line hit- Education of a Princess ""The sight  that met my eyes was horrible beyond mt wildest dreams."

 

15/16 oct 17 Pernau L30, LZ113, LZ 120 10 KIA many houses destroyed-Battle of the Baltic Islands

28/29 Apr 16 Near Riga Hospital hit SL7?

 

28 Aug 16 Bucherest LZ101 light damage In the World War

 

4/5 Sep 16 Bucherest LZ101 and LZ86 Ambassdoors house hit 20 gendarmes killed Royal palace  damaged In the world war

More:

From the Book "With the Armies of the Tsar" Minsk 18 Oct 15 (NS) near station 2 or 3 houses destroyed and the town "considerable havoc" do to "incendiary bombs".

Minsk was attacked:

? Aug 15 Saschen

7/8 Aug 15 LZ39

14/15 Oct 15 LZ85

The LZ86 bombed the Dvinsk-Rjeshita area on 28/29 April 1916 the book "A German Airman Remembers"  has it setting off a real big fire and includes a picture of a really big cloud of smoke.
