Several copies available from Internet booksellers, mostly at what seem to be high prices, though one dealer is asking $89.75 - though I guess that postage costs will add a lot to this. Moonraker Good question Moonraker. Outright $89.75 isn't affordable, even that would have to be on terms. That is why i'm happy to trade some of my books.
