Christopher Vincent Russell

I have recieved the MIC for Christopher Vincent Russell who was with the Cheshire Regiment but was seconded to the Indian Postal & Telegraph Co

I have a flag which he made in Hospital - apparantly a pastime for soldiers injured or ill

He died in Mesopatamia however i do not know of what?

I would like to understand what he was doing, what he died of - it was not in action

He is commerated on the Tehran Memorial

Any help would be appreciated
