Remembered Today:

Alfred Wilson & Unknown Soldier

Hi Folks,

Have attached photograph of my Grandfather (right in photo) his brother at the left and unknown man squatting down. I had earlier posted a message wondering what regiment he belonged to. Maybe the man squatting belongs to someone out there. It is possible he was with the Royal Field or Royal Horse Artillery. Spoke to mum about Alfred, apparently he was gased and left for dead in a French barn during the war.

Thanks

Valerie

Thank you Ian for your information. Had been on the site you recommended earlier and thought I had found Alfred, but now I dont think so - back to the drawing board!!
