Hi all,

The title says it all really.

Can anyone help identify this fuse please?

I'm assuming it's WW1 era?

Thanks

Michael

Agree KZ 14. KZ = Kanon Zunder (thunder).

Used on 77 MM.

Thanks a lot, that's really helpful. It sounds like the item I thought was a bullet next to it could be a primer pellet.

It's locked in a display case to which the key has been temporarily misplaced. If I manage to get in I'll check for the letters and post another photo.

Thanks again.

Michael

Hi All,

I've managed to get into the locked cupboard and you were correct about the lettering on it.

However, I have also found some engraving on the side. Can anyone make out what it says?

I should say this was in a locked cupboard in my local branch of the Royal British Legion, I'm thinking as we are almost at the 100 year anniversay of the date on this, we may be able to make something of it.

Thanks a lot,

Michael
